Innovative instruction. Really cool approach.

I am nice to his face, but I really don't have too much positive to say about the guy or his jiujitsu.

Funny, Seph's an instructor at Fifty/50. Nice troll. Productive use of your time...douche.

His jiu-jitsu never ceases to amaze me. The best thing he ever did was get FAR away from Lloyd Irvin the greedy scam artist. GO RYAN HALL!

Awesome gym, wish I was home more to train!

I dropped by 50/50 for a training session during a business trip in D.C. I'm kinda new to BJJ, but I was treated really well by Ryan and his coaches. Also, Ryan's pretty renown for excellent instruction and during the class I attended he provided the step-by-step, logical instruction he's known for. One thing about him though: in the videos he looks skinny, so everyone goes crazy when he choked out yoked-up guys. In person, he doesn't look as small.

I visited Ryan's school once and loved it there. Without a doubt I would train there if I lived in the area. Everyone at 50/50 was really friendly and obviously the instruction was top notch (Even that Seph Smith guy knows a thing or two :-) )...

I have trained at several different gyms in this area and I'm really glad I ended up here. Definitely the best BJJ gym in Northern Virginia/DC!
