I enjoy the serious, but laid back approach to Sergi's teaching style. Classes are professional and enjoyable. Great environment for beginners and advanced students.

Great instructor and very likeable person. Really teaches in detail and gives each student a postive feel about learning jujitsu win or lose.

Details.....,he teaches the small details that could change anyone's jujitsu game. He is a very likeable person who is open to questions and seems to always remember to make sure to encourage and give all his students the one-on-one teaching that you may not get else where. He is consistant and is chains what he teaches together. Great training for those just starting or students that have been at it for years.

I visited SergBJJ a couple of times while on business in Savannah. I felt very welcome by Serg and his students. There are a tough group of guy's there white belt through purple belt. I found Serg to be a very detailed instructor (better than some seasoned black belts I've encountered and I don't mean that in a disrespectful way). Serg definitely has a great ability to teach solid technique to beginner and advanced students as for that was what the class is comprised of each time I visit.

Great instructor. Great guy. I appreciate Sergi's enthusiasm for BJJ. He's why I started and why I have kept with the sport.

I joined Serg BJJ a year ago after training about 3 years with Valente Brothers black belt, Jack Walker, of Columbia Self-Defense. Coming to a new gym as a blue belt can put a big target on your back, but it was not this way at Serg BJJ. I was welcomed with open arms. Mike is a great instructor, and he has created one of the best training environments I have ever been in. I am constantly amazed at the attention to detail, and positive morale of the gym.
