A Role Model Indeed! Simply the best MMA instructor in the world. Firas has created a monster team of instructors whose knowledge of the sport is unparalled. His generosity and willingness to open his doors at Tri-Star to teach those who want to learn all the intricacies associated with mixed martial arts is second to none. I have the utmost respect for Firas who we consider to be a great teacher, instructor mentor and friend to my son. We always look forward to meeting him and learning whatever we can. In the 10+ years that my son has trained MMA the path that keeps him grounded is based on advice Firas shared with him a while ago. Firas told him ”..that the universe has a way of teaching us all how insignificant we are, so don’t ever lose sight of that. In your training and career we will come across many fighters that will praise themselves, his advice was not to get caught up in such talk but rather work hard and know that if you are truly good you won’t need to go around telling the world because they will come around telling you. We all need to improve! No man is ever perfect! All men have weaknesses!” It is this perspective and sense of humility that guides my son everyday with his goal to becoming a mixed martial artist. He would not be where he is today without the guidance and framework that Firas has provided. God Bless This Great Man!

I've been training for 3 years under Firas. Great coach, knows how to keep you motivated, and is a great teacher. His attention to detail makes all the difference. All his students want to make him proud, and for good reason.

I have been blessed to be taught by such a great human being. Firas has changed the way many young men feel about themselves, from a self confidence standpoint, including yours truly. He has inspired me to become a better martial artist and human being and has a growing body of work that is already world-class. His love of teaching runs so deep that he smoothly transitions his lesson delivery to students who are not as athletic, whereby their individual ambitions are not only met but are far exceeded. I am greatful to be his friend and student. God Bless him
