Professor Kevin Smith is one the best instructors I have ever worked with. His knowledge of jui jitsu is top notch and teaching methods are outstanding. He cares about his students and is a great motivator inside and outside of classes. Thank you Professor for everything you have taught me.

I have had the pleasure of training with Professor Kevin Smith. He is an excellent technician of the art of BJJ. He understands not only the techniques, but the theory and rationale behind them. His ability is incredible and it is a humbling experience to roll with this man. Professor Kevin is the real deal.

He's Very patient and VERY TECHINICAL instructor! Professor Kevin is really good at breaking down techniques and explaining it to where everybody understands it and easily absorbs it. Professor Kevin cares about his students and their development. I like how he reinforces safety first and to leave your ego at the door! Not only does he teach you how to conduct yourself on the mat but also OFF the mat. I'm honored to be one of his students now training under him!He TRUELY cares about his students!

Professor you are outstanding!!! I feel quite honored to have such an accomplished BJJ instructor and mentor as my teacher. You seem to go above and beyond what I would expect from a professor. You take time to personally talk to each and every student to make sure that you can help them anyway possible. Thank you for everything and I hope to contribute to the team in anyway possible.
