Jeff is a superb instructor. He was my fist BJJ instructor and I received my blue belt from him. Jeff takes the time with students to make sure they understand the technique. Jeff is very keen on Gracie self defense and drills the techniques consistently . He teaches with passion and I would highly recommend him!

Jeff is one the greatest BJJ Instructors I have had. He was my first instructor and one of the reasons I stuck with BJJ. Coach Jeff has a wealth of knowledge and technique, and unlike other instructors that only know their way and their style, Jeff was always willing to accommodate his teaching of techniques for other body types and athleticism. Jeff also helped on a personal level in helping me humbling myself and learning that as a white belt, getting tapped out is the norm and that putting ego aside would get me a long way in this sport. that kind of wisdom was invaluable.

Jeff is a stellar instructor. While I was never a formal student, I frequently visited his classes. He is incredibly accommodating to guests and openly shares his extensive knowledge with anyone. Upon meeting Jeff, you immediately feel like a friend. His classes are run in a way that keeps the atmosphere light, while the training is still hard. Great guy and a great part of the BJJ community

Jeff's focus on self-defense and conditioning within the Gracie system was invaluable in getting me started in my BJJ journey. His classes were fun and he kept them fresh with new ideas and concepts each time on the mat. His friendship and guidance continue to this day.

Jeff is a fantastic instructor and he is also the person I credit with truly opening my eyes to how great the world of Jiu Jitsu is. Jeff teaches a great balance of self defense and sport BJJ which is exactly what I was looking for. A true asset to the BJJ community I still talk to Jeff about my Jiu Jitsu journey and he continues to help me progress with it.

Great instructor, good details, and a laid-back non-stressful teaching style.

Jeff is a long time friend and instructor who has always been there for me. He got me back in to jiu jitsu when I was ready to walk away.his details and knowledge are great. He also showed me more of the self defense side of jiu jitsu which I love and hope to pass on to my son some day.

Jeffrey has made my beginner jiujitsu experience very comfortable and I couldn't imagine training under anyone else. He pushes just far enough and is always perfectly receptive to questions. He demonstrates a high level of skill and is able to convey his knowledge effectively.
